Principles behind it

After these preliminary two weeks of de-toxing phase is completed, you will start following the regular program based on a set of “Fat Loss Factors”. These factors or principles help you to shed fat fast and consist of:
  • Wash away fat by drinking a lot of water.
  • Doing High Intensity Interval training so that your body has to “think” and adapt.
  • Boosting metabolism and doing strength training 3 times a week.
  • Avoiding stress, exercises that can help de-stress your mind.
  • Eating many small meals throughout the day, be a grazer, not a gorger.
  • What to eat and avoid and 15 foods for maximum weight loss.
I really love the part where Dr. Michael Allen explains which food helps to boost fat loss and which will actually result in weight gain. After reading this section you will promptly realize which are the food items that you should eliminate from your diet immediately.
